ADAPTIVE PRINTED PANEL (APP)

The core of this system is a single expandable polystyrene modular adaptive printed panel (APP), not prefabricated but enclosed within a double galvanized steel mesh and connected by connectors. These industrially produced (APP) are then assembled and completed directly on-site with two layers of concrete. These self-supporting (APP) can take on various shapes and encompass all necessary elements for completing any building project.

The double (APP) is made up of two basic panels, shaped as required and joined together by double horizontal connectors which create a hollow core that is then filled with concrete of strength to meet the project needs.

Floor APP

(for floors with reinforced concrete beams)

 

The floor (APP) is composed of a molded sheet in expanded polystyrene, floors, and roofing of buildings with the supplementary steel additions in special joists and subsequent casting of cement mix.

The Stair (APP) consists of an expanded polystyrene block, shaped according to the design requirements and sandwiched between two steel wire meshes.

Excellent for building landings adjacent to staircases

 

The landing (APP) can be used for any plate or slab in R.C. to be reinforced in two directions, with the advantage of a considerable reduction of weight compared to a solid slab.
